Resolved question:
I am a full time athlete, 5-6 days a week in Florida. I have a severe heat rash on my inner upper thighs and buttocks. This has been going on for 3-4 weeks, I have tried every cream ointment and salve there is. Including anti fungal and desitin. It is getting worse and irritating 22 hours a day. Please help. Roberto

I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having fungal infection called tinea. It's caused by a fungus called dermatophytosis. It needs to be treated with terbinafine cream called lamisil.
For the itching you can take an anti histamine called claritin.
That should help you with your concern.
