Treatment for PANCREATITIS during LATE PREGNANCY.

Resolved question:
I am 30, female, otherwise healthy. I gave birth 10 days ago. The day before the birth I had an attack of acute pancreatitis. The scan showed no stones in the ducts but uncomplicated gallstones left in my gall bladder. I was told the gallstone that had blocked my pancreatic duct must now have passed. I had had pancreatitis type pain a few times intermittently in late pregnancy but i thought it was just related to the pregnancy. Each time the pain was preceded by me having an orgasm. I didn't have many orgasms in pregnancy. There did seem to be a correlation. I gave birth naturally with gas and air, had a third degree tear, lost 900ml blood and required a blood transfusion which brought by hg back up. My CT scan showed inflammation fluid around the pancreas. I continued to have a rising and falling temperature for a week afterwards, sweating and still slight tightness of the muscles under the ribs. I feel almost back to normal today - just a bit weak. I am TERRIFIED that overnight a gallstone will come out of my gall bladder and give me another attack of pancreatitis. I don't know how to not be scared about this. I am going to see someone tomorrow about getting my gallbladder removed, but feel like i am going to be terrified until i do. I don't want to scar my pancreas any further. Please help! Please also note I had bloods taken yesterday. My amylase is back to normal. My CRP continues to fall. It is now at 88.
