Resolved question:
I'm having clear sticky discharge from the uretha and my right testicle hurts after ejaculation for about two weeks now however tested negative numerous times for STDs including both chlamydia and gonorrhea tests. I have tested tested positive for HSV-1 with a result of 10.7 igG but negative for HSV-2 which I have done via a blood test as I had no symptoms. I also had candida. I visted Gum clinic (uk) )they did swabs couldn't find anything except pus cells in the discharge however I've been prescribed a two week course of 100mg doxycycline , I've completed the first week but no improvement. I have attached a picture of my uretha from the inside I see a bit if white patches in there. Could you please help me as it is stressing me out.

I can understand your concern.
You seem to be having a urethral discharge which could be a result of bacterial infection. I checked the picture but couldn't appreciate any white patches but just the discharge.
It would be a better idea to go back to the clinic and ask if they could start you on a different antibiotic as you were not improving with doxycycline. Ciprofloxacin or norfloxacin could be useful alternatives.
The HSV 1 could be responsible as there could have been lesions which were missed but have now caused a urethral discharge either due to inflammation or secondary bacterial infection.
Taking oral anti fungal medication like fluconazole will be useful to resolve the Candida.

Hi I have uploaded a a picture I'm still getting clear discharge from time to time and I have noticed white patches on the internal walls of meatus of the penis where the uretha is. What could this be? Went to the clinic and they did a swab of the discharge and found no signs of infection also did the a std tests which all came back negative again.

This seems to be more likely chlamydial infection. Though you have tested negative for it, it would be best if your doctor considers that and sends the discharge for culture and sensitivity for antibiotic. As I mentioned, the antibiotic needs to be changed if possible according to the sensitivity if the culture comes positive.
You will need to see a physician who can treat you for this. I can just suggest the general treatment in your case but sometimes a complicated case needs to be dealt with care and decision can be made following investigations which your doctor needs to call for.

Hi thank you for the replay the doctor did do a swab test and put the discharge under the microscope and said she found no sign of infection. Could you please give some light on what the white skin may be on the internal walls of the meatus in the pictures that I have uploaded.

As I mentioned, I really can't comment on that as it looks like a discharge to me and not a white patch. It needs to be examined by your doctor.
The white patch which you might be seeing, could possibly be candida but it's best to let your doctor examine it and comment on it.
