My hand is trembling and shaking why when I write and signature on plan paper suddenly my hand trembling and shaking it's difficulty and couldn't writing and signature on paper what's the problem and how to control and what disease is this it's almost 5 to 7 years

Such tremors could be due to :
- Nerve related problems ( Vitamin B12 deficiency )
- Related to Anxiety
- Neurological issues.
Since it has been there for 5 years now, I will advise you to get your b12 levels checked as well as get a CT Scan of the brain and share it with me.
