Thanks for your question and concern. If a premenopausal woman indulges inunprotected sex then there are chances of pregnancy. If there is any problem that you find in yourself,it’s better to consult your GP.To check the possibility of pregnancy, you can easily get to know by a home pregnancy test kit that is presentin the market which can check or determine pregnancy even in seven days after conception. Not only can this irregular spotting also be a cause of an infection in the uterus or the cervical region but at times there are infections which can’t be detected early and don’t show any symptoms till they largely affect the area.

Spotting can causes many disease or evenSTDs where as this can be due to irregular period cycle also. I would suggest you to consult a doctor and conduct some of the tests which are just procedures to check your problem or its better to get a pregnancy test done to get a clear picture of your problem. The tests the doctor will go through will be like thyroid disease, vitamindeficiency, uterine fibroids and very important STDs.So I would suggest you to consult your nearest doctor in person.Good luck
