Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K. and I am pleased you assist you.

Your wife has probably got a stomach bug.
Since she has vomited 6 times and feeling weak, the first thing to do is keep her well hydrated and replenish the salts.
You can give her equalyte or gatorade.
If she is not tolerating this and is vomiting persistently, then she may require fluid and salt replacement with infusion of intravenous fluids for which you need to take to ER.
For pain relief she may require antacid and antispasmodic medications.
My personal advice is - Take her to ER for intravenous fluids and medications.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
