MY MOM'S INR WAS 1.7 BUT IT SHOULD BE AT 2.5 TO 3.0 I WASN'T ABLE TO CALL THE NURSE TO LEARN WHAT WARFIN DOSE SHE NEEDS TO TAKE FOR THE NEXT WEEK UNTIL NEXT WEEKS NEXT TEST. WHAT DOSAGE SHOULD SHE TAKE?
