Yes there is mucus, it is painful, its been almost a week but it has become worse, bleeding is not too much but as if the first layer if skin has infection now. I have gastritis problem and It is usually aggravated by augmenting.
I can't appreciate anything significant from the image, do you have any night time anal itching? It is important for the diagnosis.
And what medications are you taking for gastritis?
I just take a pan d whenever any antibiotic is given. Its a cut between the hips, its like cracked skin, watery with mucus, too painful, right now difficult to sit ir lie down also. Kindly prescribe any meditation so that it dry out
You can apply Neosporin-H if there is associated itching, otherwise plain Neosporin will help you.

No oral medication required? Neosprin didn't help much, already applying, u r talking about ointment ir powder.
