Dear Sir.
I have some qurious questions.
I understand how toxin or toxicant works in body by attacking cells or prohibiting the receptors or O2 in neuron system, etc... (right?)
I also know that if toxincants enter into thru eating or breathing, it is reaching the cell or neuron right now and show its maximum effects on 1hr or more hours...
Now I sometimes image that if bad people(terriorists) develop the new toxicants which has a lipid soluble molecular structure, so that if people touch it, it could give the people fatal effect...
Also I know it is very hard to... Only possible in Scientic Fiction..
below is my question.
If there is new toxicant which lipid soluble, and it could effect its bad effect only by touching it...
how long it will take time to show its bad effect...right affect touching it such as breathing and eating.. or take 1day? or 1month?... If it will show its effect right after touching it (becuase it is lipid soluble..), I could understand i am safe.. I am alive!!!.
Pls. explain me this mechanizm and pls. explain me why it is not possible.. only touching something... Kill people.
And I heard that making fatal toxin which has a lipid soluble molecular structure is impossible...Pls. explain why?

I have noted your queries, they are indeed science fiction.
Most toxins would not enter the body after touching. They mostly enter the body after inhalation or swallowing. However, some toxins such as organophosphorus compounds may enter if touched for long duration.
If the toxin enters the body after touching, then, the maximum effects would be seen immediately or within a few hours. We do not have a toxin, where the effects will be seen after months or years, and not on day 1.
