Sudden erection problem: What can be the causes?

Hello Doctor,

I am 23 years old and I used to have healthy erection with my partner over a month back. For a month now I have not been able to get erection. I have tried masturbating for over a while and had got some erection. When I tried after 3 or 4 days, but I was not able to get the erection.
