Hi Doctor,
I am a male, 36 yrs of age. For more than a year I am having problem in urination. The urine stream is weak and dribbles after I urinate. say a few drops. I have noticed that urine dribble when i sit or stretch myself after urination. Also, there is burning sensation on the penile glans tip and the anal region, sometimes in the testicular region as well. I have also noticed slight swelling on the penile glans tip(towards the left part and also on the left part of the penile glans corona region). I donot have any erection problem. I had sex with a sex worker about 1.5 yrs back and had used condoms. I also have noticed pimple like growth on the penile glans which comes and goes. the pimple like growth gets aggravated after rough sex sessions. I am uploading photos. Kindly advise.

There is nothing abnormal on the pics. Your symptoms suggest that you are probably suffering from prostatitis. You need to be assessed by urologist with digital rectal examination to confirm the same.
