Umbilical hernia, more commoner in women, has an increased incidence in patients with raised intra abdominal pressure such as obesity, ascites, pregnancy, or abdominal distension. There is no such prescribed weight limit, it is just commoner in obese females, and in females having normal body weight, it is easily reducible.
