What are the precautions to get prevention from STIs and STDs?

Resolved question:

Hi Doctor

My question is little unusual as I and my partner are being in sexual relationship and have decided to add third person ie one more female. As we know, about the female sexual history and we are just thinking of the best way to reduce the chances of STIs and STDs infection. As adding a third female is not a problem as condom will be used during the oral sex  but the problem of transmitting infection  from one women to another is their as well as the infection of genital rubbing is still also their. I want to know about the risk involved in this sexual activity, and want to know the method of prevention from this infection? In one of the article I read that chlamydia is bacterial disease and if anti bacterial sanitizer is used after contracting female genital then it kills the infection. Is their any genital herpes pictures seen? What are about HIV or about the other diseases? Please help me to know about this disease and infection.

Thanks for your question and concern as you mentioned that you are planning for additional female and the use of toys so let me tell you that sexual infections are spread by transmission of body fluids and if any genital to genital contact is their between the female then the chances of sexual infection is their and using of toys among female will be a big risk In your sexual activity. There may be chances of genital herpes pictures which can be seen. As Hepatites b, c, HiIV, Chlamydia, Syphilis, HPV, Herpes are spread from genital to genitl contact or by the exchange of fluid that get transfer from one body to other. Treatment is limted but in the case of HPV, HIV and Herpes there is no cure. So according to me you are still at risk, so I would suggest you to see a doctor in person.Take care
