Hello.

Thank you for choosing DoctorSpring.com.
Hello
I can understand your concern.
It seems to be genital herpes. There are usually a cluster of fluid filled blisters which appear and leave erosions when they break open. Pain n burning can be associated with the lesions.
I would recommend you get a prescription for the anti viral medication called valacyclovir from your doctor. Application of mupirocin cream will aid in healing of the lesions.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care

Once I take the anti viral will it be out of my system?

Hello.

Genital herpes is a condition which is caused by Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) Type 2 or 1 . When you take anti virals, the skin lesions get resolved. However, the virus tends to stay dormant in the nerve roots. It can resurface and cause similar lesions at a later date when the body is undergoing some stress. The frequency of this recurrence and severity can be reduced when a complete anti-viral drug course is taken during the first outbreak. So please go ahead and take it.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Take care.
