Hello,
For years I have been struggling with erectile dysfunction and difficulty orgasming. The urologist hasn't said what the cause is but cialis helped a little at first (with erections only) but now I am not responding. Masturbation has become difficult and not very pleasurable. More frustrating than anything. I am desperate for a solution. Could this be related to adult circumcision which i had at 18.(I am now 26) I definitely feel less of a sensation and sensitivity. And if this is the cause, is there a solution?
