What is this hard bump under the skin of penis?

Resolved question:
see pictures attached, a thickening under the skin of the left side of my penis, right at the "seem" where i was circuimsized 10 years ago. not painfull, but does feel somewhat sensitive. first noticed yesterday after extensive masterbation, it has somewhat changed shape since then, from a hard, pea-shaped "bump" under the skin, to a longer, softer thickening. no redness or excretion of anything. no other discomfort otherwise. please advice. thank you for your time.

Hello. Thanks a lot for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
It looks absolutely normal. Post circumcision some people develop some whitish bumps near the skin where it was circumcised, those are just enlarged glands, and it is absolutely normal. The skin changes are expected. It can be become much softer. Also since it was circumcised at that spot, it will be very sensitive for the rest of your life. These things are normal and there is nothing to worry about.
Circumcision actually is a very healthy process, since it means no more smegma accumulation leading to infections and also completely chances of getting penile carcinoma in the future. From the pictures you sent, your penis looks absolutely normal. So do not worry about it. Only if there is some discharge or some bleeding, or some whitish patch develops, then we need to evaluate. Otherwise the sensitivity and the slight change in the skin is normal. Sometimes due to blood flow, there can be some engorged veins inside, that can make it seem like some change in the skin, however it is normal.
Hope this answers your query.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards
