What is this spot on arm. TICK, LYME DISEASE?

Resolved question:
My 5 year old son has this spot on his arm that looks like a bulls eye from a tick or lyme disease. I haven't seen a tick on him but I am worried.

Hello,
Thabk you for your reply but the spot went away and is now just a small red circle so I am assuming it was a mosquito bite. But just in case I will answer your questions. We live in NY state and we have seen a tick a couple years old patientago outside so they are bad here in NY state, but I never seen one on my son. Here is what it looks like now. Also, when he woke up at 5 this morning, there was a new mosquito bite next to it, and now that one disappeared in a matter of just 3 hours - can mosquito bites just go away that fast and shrink that fast? Here is what the one I sent you looks like now, only 4 hours later.
Thanks

Dear parent,
Thank you for replying to my questions. I am pleasantly surprised that it faded away so soon. Theoretically, mosquito bites can also lead to such a skin rash, but it is a rare occurrence.
Lyme's disease, rickettsial illnesses and drug rashes usually have such a 'target' or 'bull's eye' appearance. But, none of these would resolve so rapidly. Hence, there is no need for any concern.
It is important to protect your child from mosquito bites as well ;)
Take care
