White blister in glans, redness along foreskin. Treatment.

Resolved question:
i am a male aged 32 years. i have developed white blister like skin on the top end (glan area) of my organ and am seeing redness along inner sides of the foreskin.
this symptom has been persisting since last 4 weeks. I have applied betadine and am keeping a constant hygiene with washing (warm water) and drying the organ two times a day.
I am attaching pictures along with for your reference.

Kindly advise on the same.
