Hello,

From your symptoms you seem to have cysts.

Like skin everywhere in body, skin on testes also has sebaceous glands. There can be collection of oil and dead spermatocytes collection. There is nothing to be worried about.

Take warm cloth keep dipping in hot water and compress on those bumps applying pressure on those bumps at least like 2 or 3 times a day. It will eventually pop out. And massage your testes with fingers applying pressure on bumps; it should become better in a while.

Just for prophylaxis I also suggest you send for investigation for herpes. If it doesn't get better in 1 weeks time, you should consult a surgeon, who will send scrapings of these bumps for other investigations.

Thank you.
