Abdominal discomfort, mucus in stools, weight loss. Cause.

Resolved question:
I have been having weight loss a good amount. Mucus in stool, anxiety, dizziness, general abdominal discomfort, trouble sleeping and at times racing heart at night that wakes me up. I have submitted a o&p test and am awaiting results. This image was included in a tube to lab but it was in this sealed container for 12 hour prior (not the solution). Is it possible this is a parasite? I have full food journal and only possible salad as mistaken identification. I have had full blood workup including hiv and cancer. I live in North America. I do eat sushi. And I have smoked/roasted 2 pigs personally w friends in backyard.

Is there any history of steroid use?

Hello,
Thankyou for your follow up.
Fever can be due to numerous causes.
Thirst also can be due to drying of mouth because of cpap unless you are using a humidifier.
To determine the source of your fever, I would suggest you to have a check on your blood counts, urine routine examination sugar check, and chest x ray to have some idea or to rule out anything major.

Regards
