Mosquito bite with uneasy stomachand ear problems

I got what I thought was a mosquito bite on my leg 3/4 days ago that I think I got while running. I had one on my upper arm that went away. The past few days I've had an uneasy stomach & ear problems (felt like I had cotton in my ear & I had foul smelling discharge come this morning). After my run tonight I noticed it was larger & more red/ pronounced. The bite on my arm went away. I'm concerned this is a brown recluse bite since they are native to my area. It itches & is moderately tender. It's located on my outside left tight slightly above my knee cap. What is it? What can I put on it?
