Abnormal CBC, WBC. MALIGNANCY/AUTOIMMUNE DIESEASE?

Resolved question:
I'm a 31 yr old female with no medical history and take no meds. I just had a CBC and my WBC was 3.4, abs neutrophils 1.6, neutrophil percentage 48. All other labs normal. I haven't recently been sick. My. PCP mentioned possible hematologist malignancy or autoimmune disease so I am very upset. Please advise. Thank you!

Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Will you be able to share the actual report, because the standard values varies across laboratories.
I need to correlate with the normal values.
Regards.

Here are old test reports. I was 5 months pregnant in 2014. I have not been sick recently though. Could it be an underlying virus? Should any other tests be run as well. Thanks!!

There is no sign of any hematological Cancer. Your counts are mildly less which can be of any cause, say commonly a viral infection. Do you have any old test reports ??
I would suggest you to continue good nutritious diet and exercise. Repeat test after 2-3 months.
Best regards

This is normal. Probably you have some self limiting viral infection. Repeat CBC test after few days.
