Acid reflux, high heartrate after food, feeling tired. Cause?

I feel tired non energetic, have acidity problem. Acid reflux, Heart rate is higher after meal `120, sometime feel dizzyness , chest pain , shoulder pain and pain in left arm,
sometime pain in chin ( on and off)
constipation on and off ( 4/7 days)
does not drink alcohol, non-smoker but eat beetle nuts with tobacco
also I have slipdisk
I have undergone below rest
1) 5-6 time ECG when there is pain in chest : Normal
2) Eco 2D Normal ~63%
3) Ultra sound Normal
4) Folic acid test : Normal
5) Vit D test : low ~20 normal i guess is more than 30
6) Liver and kidney test Normal
7) Lipid profile : normal
8) TMT : Fair results done 8 months back.
9) done MRI brain in Oct-2014 : Normal But Arachnoid cysts 27*21 MM ( as per neurologist it is normal and by birth but still i am not sure)
10) done recent X-ray for neck and back ( almost ok with very little issues )
But still not feeling well , everytime I eat i feel I will have acid reflux or chest pain. ( even talking acidity medicince regularly for last 3 months)
could not go to sleep easily
