Are these little bumps in arm and scrotum FOLLICULITIS OR HERPES?

Resolved question:
A few months ago I developed folliculitis. I wasn't aware what it was I thought it was part of an eczema outbreak. I have tiny bumps on my arms that never itched or hurt. I also ended up with 3 on my scrotum and 4 on my thigh near the 3 on my scrotum. I've been givin medication for them. I had a doctor look at the ones on my scrotumb and he said I have herpes down there. I was checked for all stds last august, I was cleared and didn't start having sex again til this year March. The folliculitis I got around November along with the bumps on my scrotum. I've never had any symptoms for herpes no itching, the bumps don't have pus I popped 2 it's just blood. No tingling or pain. They've pretty much stayed the same. Just tiny bumps that I don't feel unless I touch them. Currently on doxycycline for 10 days. Any suggestions?  By the way I've had no curating over either. It's just the tiny bumps. They've never really changed/ gone away.

Hello

I can understand your concern.

These seem to be lesions of molluscum contagiousum. It's caused be a virus.

When the lesions are present in the genital area, it's usually sexually transmitted.

I would recommend getting them needled and extracted out by your dermatologist. That would resolve them.

Please let me know if you have any queries.

Regards
