Resolved question:
I am male 47 yrs old. Recently during my Periodic medical examination , I came to know that i have one undescended testis ( which is atropic ). I may be noted that , i was well aware that i was having only one testis since birth. But the other one is undescended i came to know only after recent PME ( Periodic medical examination ) . I am married and have 02 children. Doctors advice me to remove the undescended testic by operation as i have 30 times more prone to testicular cancer than other male who have normal two testis. I may also be noted that i have no problems during urine etc etc...Is it advisable to operate or not..pl advise

Some amount of vaginal discharge is always normal.
During ovulatory period, it becomes egg white like.
Nearer to the periods it thickens.
After your periods, it becomes scanty.
So there is nothing to worry, as long as you have no itching / bad smell / pain / tenderness / signs of infection.
The discharge keeps the vagina clean, moist and lubricated.
If you are still in doubt, you may go for a vaginal swab to confirm the presence/ absence of infection.

Thank you; i am aware of the normal changes that come before ovulation and period however this is different. It constantly has these thick or clotted pieces mixed in with the normal discharge and has been for at least a month now? It doesn't itch all the time perhaps just once a week if that, which is why i didnt feel that there was anything wrong? 5 years ago the same thing i think happened however it had an odor so i took metronidazole (generic flagyl i believe) and it went away. I tried taking that again when this happened and it didnt work... thats why im confused and curious
Bacterial vaginosis might not always have an odor, though mostly it has.
Any kind of altered vaginal discharge can mean BV.
It is not wise to self medicate.
I still feel that these are physiological changes, but since you are so sure this not normal / expected, please consult a doctor and get a vaginal swab done.
That would pinpoint / rule out specific infections.
