Resolved question:
I have a gross amount of blood in my urine. I have had a UTI for which I was treated with antibiotics. I am also on Xerolto for A-Fib and currently blood clots in my leg after surgery. The bloody urine has not subsided and the urine has a very pungent odor. I have none of the usual symptoms of a UTI. Any thoughts on this?

Other than blood in urine do you have any other symptoms and since how many days you are having blood.
I shall also be interested to know antibiotic you had and any investigations you were subjected to.
Till you get back to me you can start yourself on some cranberry juice.
