Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I have gone through the reports.
Please relax.
These are simple hormonal changes in the breasts.
The likelihood of cancer happening here is less than 5 %.
Do not worry about that.
The treatment is simple observation and follow up scans every 6 months.
She can take Vitamin E and Evening Primrose Oil supplements for 3 months.
If she is overweight, ask her to lose weight.
Wear well fitting bra, and exercise daily.
There is no indication for surgery in this situation.
All the best.
PLease feel free to discuss further.

Can you please upload again the breast scan report ?
I cannot visualize it, I want to go through it again.
Hemoglobin levels are slightly low, she can take iron supplements for it, and iron rich foods ( meat, liver, marrow, spinach, methi ).
Vitamin E and Primrose Oil will help in breast pain.
For irregular cycles, she should have separate workup as follows -
CHeck up internally by a Gynecologist, Pap smear, Pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan and hormonal levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin , OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone, Lipid Profile ).
Take care.
