Bumps at vagina without itching, fever, pain. Treatment?

Resolved question:
Bumps at base of vagina. No pain, itching, fever or flu like symptoms. The bumps are not filled with fluid or pus. No discharge. No discomfort or pain when urinating.

I feel they may be genital warts.

No history of any STD. I had a HPV vaccine when I was 18, however did not have the second vaccination.

I am currently have the 'Implanon' birth control implant.

I have no adverse medical history, nor any allergies.

I do not know how long the symptoms have been present, and only noticed them today.

I have been in a relationship for the last 6 months, prior to which my last sexual contact was 6 months (1 year ago).

Hello

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.

These are genital warts. They are caused by HPV virus and are transmitted sexually.
I would recommend application of Aldara cream on the lesions. You will need a prescription for it. Application of the cream will help resolve the lesions.

Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care
