I have alot of little bumps on my left foot that appeared after I had my foot tattooed.They have become very itchy. they are only on the top of my foot underneath the tattoo, no bumps underneath my foot.

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com. I can understand your concern.
You seem to have developed reaction to the tatoo dye.
I would recommend that you apply mometasone cream over it twice a day for ten days.
You will need a prescription for it.
Also I would recommend that you take an anti histamine like loratidine that would help to resolve the itching.
