Hello,

Thanks for posting your query. I can understand your concern.

From the picture, you have pearly penile papules. These are normal, due to ectopic sebaceous glands. Usually it doesn't need treatment as it is only of cosmetic concern.

However, if you desire to get them removed, CO2 laser or radiofrequency are the two options for removal.

I would recommend that you visit your dermatologist and discuss the options with him as there is no home removal method.
