Hi I am trying to lose weight for over 6 months now but have very little to no results. is there a healthy way to lose weight fast?

But with your kind of commitment you will surely succeed. Every human being is unique and their bodies react differently to exercise and diet. You can safely lose weight with the following steps:
• Change your diet take a diet rich in proteins, fibre, vitamins and other nutrients. Limit the intake of unsaturated fats and carbohydrates
• Change the way you cook your food. Steaming, poaching, grilling, stir frying, smoking are all better options to frying
• Exercise regularly: Follow a mixed style of exercise, swim, jog, dance , Cycle do anything that gets you moving. Weights training can help you build body strength
• Drink plenty of water
• Eat regularly without skipping any meals especially breakfast.
