Burning, irritating small bumps in thigh. Trearment.

Resolved question:
About 4 months ago I started to get these small bumps on my thigh and my pubic region, I then started to get. Vaginal discharge that is so uncomftable that burns and is irritating, it has started to hurt my butt Aswell and is so uncomftable. The dr told me it was nothing and tested the discharge and said there was no infection, she also did a Pap smear which came back normal. They look like tiny warts to me so I beought some cream online but it has not done anything, could these be warts

Hello,
Thank you for your query at Doctorspring.com
To answer your specific queries :
1) If a little particle manages to reach the heart wall, there will be immediatel inflammation. It won't happen after 1-2 years. That is not rational.
2) Inflammation will occur and will be over. It will manifest with symptoms.
3) Inflammation won't occur like cancer. Please remember inflammation is an acute process.
Yes clot can be dislodged.
I don't know what the what doctor meant but these are the answers to your queries.
Regards.

Hello,
In case it is just a small injury or the disease is minor, inflammation will stop after a while and there will be no symptoms. Completely reversible.
But if the injury is serious ( hypoxia ), it will lead to irreversible inflammation and last step is scarring and necrosis.
Regards.
