iv been having off and on dull pain on my right side in my back for a week or so. also been having slight burning sensation when I urinate. also been have discomfort on my penis and a little redness on it also................what could be the cause?

The possible causes of your symptoms are urinary tract infection or stone disease. In all probability you have stone in the ureter.
You should get yourself investigated with urinalysis and ultrasound KUB.
