Can I try following diet to lose weight safely?

Hi there. I am a 60kg very active (train almost every day) healthy female trying to lose weight. I don't have any medical conditions, contra-indications, allergies or intolerances, don't drink and don't smoke. Is the diet below safe for me to try? I understand without assessing me you cannot give me a definite answer or tell me whether the diet will work for me, but what i specifically want to know is if this diet will make me very ill or kill me? Is it safe for me to try without any severe health risks? Thanks.

This diet is low carbohydrate and ketogenic and high protein. In the long run, it may not be a good idea to deny your body carbohydrates. Plus, it starts with 3 whole eggs, which gives you almost double the amount of cholesterol you need as a healthy female. What is the source of this diet??
You have mentioned only your weight and not height and waist size, for me to analyze if you really require any weight loss in the first place.
