Cannot move my body or speak and noise appears internal than external

Resolved question:

I was just lying in bed trying to sleep when the surrounding noise became internal rather than external and simultaneously I could move my body nor could I speak. This has happened to me prior although, the lack of movement is new. Any ideas what could be the cause???

From the symptoms you have described, it sounds probably like you are experiencing hallucinations. Hallucination is a perception that it is real although it is created by the mind. There are different types of hallucinations such as:

a) Visual hallucination: where the patient can see things that are not real.

b) Auditory hallucination: where they hear sounds like whistling, music.

c) Olfactory hallucination: sour or foul smelling odor.

d) Gustatory hallucination: perception of unpleasant taste

e) Tactile hallucination.

I would recommend you to meet once with a psychiatrist who can evaluate you and help you with this.
