Your symptoms are suggestive of severe kidney infection, and you need to get a CT KUB done as soon as possible to understand the extent of the severity. It could be due to past TB too, sometimes there can be secondary deposits in the kidneys, which shows symptoms years later. A CT KUB will give much better guidance.
