Resolved question:
Today I as I was reaching to get my bra, I saw that there was a stain on it. It was a crusty stain. I asked my mom what it could possibly be, and asked if it was nipple discharge (she is a pediatrician) and she said, no, only if you squeeze your breasts, and she grabbed by breast and squeezed it, and clear discharge shot out from my nipple. I asked her if I had breast cancer, and she said she thinks I am producing high levels of prolactin.
I am 23 years old patientold, never been pregnant.
No family history of breast cancer.
Normal Periods. Next one is due August 28th.
I do check my breasts several times a week. I squeeze my nipples to check for any discharge, and occasionally little droplets that look like water come out (I do this at least 4-5 times a week.)
I am very scared I have breast cancer, or something terrible is wrong with me. I am very scared also that I may have a hormonal problem, and I will not be able to conceive naturally when I am ready to in the future.

Relax, at 23, with no palpable mass and no family history, you are NOT having breast cancer.
Your mother is right.
This sounds like mild hormonal imbalance, which leads to high levels of prolactin in the body, leading to breast discharge in young females.
This is generally quite harmless and easily remedied with medication.
Please consult your gynecologist and get this diagnosis confirmed.
Also, have a thorough professional breast exam, which will reassure you.
Get the following levels measured - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin.
This should yield the reason for the discharge.
Stress, anxiety, weight changes, late nights, erratic eating, travelling - all this can precipitate such hormonal imbalance.
Please do not worry.
You are not having any feature of breast cancer, or anything remotely ominous.

Thank you for the reply, but will This effect my chances of having children in the future? Even though I have a regular period?
This is a mild hormonal disturbance, and in no way can affect your fertility.
Once you have the workup though, do revert, so that I can opine definitely.
