In males of Asian and Indian origin 4-6 inches is considered generally normal. So you need not use any medications or procedure. Surgery is out question. You need not worry about your current penis size as it is more than adequate for normal sexual function and reproduction.

I do not recommend penis pump as it can cause vascular damage. Moreover any enlargement as a result of it is temporary.

You can attempt a technique called Jelqing (You see the videos and how to videos online). But please note we do NOT endorse this. As I have made clear there are no non surgical techniques proven to increase the size of the penis. At DoctorSpring, we only give scientific and evidence based recommendations only.

You might have Urology consultation to review whether there is any stricture following the abscess removal, which can be relieved. Other that there are no safe and simple ways to alter the penis size.

Oh No, you should not.

This theory is not correct. In Fact sleeping pills can reduce your sexual performance in long term . Moreover any penis enlargement just by blood flow is not permanent
