Resolved question:
I am a 29 year old female. I have had labs to find out the cause of many of my symptoms. I have had an elevated sed rate for 8 years. My ana came back as 1:160 with homogenous pattern, a c-reactive protein regular of 1.3,a c4 of 62, TPO of 10.5, iron of 39, total iron binding capacity of 402, and a saturation of 10. What does all this mean?

Your symptoms are quite suggestive of connective tissue disorder called systemic lupus erythematosus commonly called as lupus / SLE (associated with Iron deficiency anemia and hypothyroidism.)

Lupus is an autoimmune condition, meaning that your body's immune system attacks your own tissues, thinking that they are foreign. This can lead to pain, swelling, and damage to organs such as the kidneys. The cause of lupus is not clear. With modern medicine Lupus can be effectively treated and controlled.
The diagnosis has to confirmed using further tests. I would highly recommend you a series of test to establish the organ involvement. Treatment plans if needed depends on these test results.
Complete blood count, recent ESR with paired CRP.
Liver and kidney function test. (Urine routine and microscopy is part of Kidney function test).
Chest x ray.
