Cough with sputum, chest pain. What's wrong?

Resolved question:
I've had a nagging cough for a while, at least a month. Usually it produces sputum, but not always. I felt very fatigued and wondered if I was just being very hormonal (PMS). The cough recently has become worse; I felt lightheaded and when I coughed, I tasted blood in my mouth. I went to the ER, had an x-ray done which was normal. I was diagnosed with an Upper Respiratory Infection and prescribed antibotics. A couple of days later, I still have a cough but I also have these awful body aches. I feel very sore under my armpits, my wrists, and my buttocks. I do still have chest pain. I don't feel sick, per se, but I just feel awful. Any idea what's wrong with me? Do I have cancer?
