Dizziness, nausea, depression, rash inbody. HIV?

Resolved question:
Hi I'm Walter gay male
-I have a rash that I'm afraid could be cause of HIV but I know how rashes can be cause by something else like allergies. I woke up with it today after yesterday wearing jeans and also sleeping on sheets I had sent to the laundromat for the first time ever.
-I worked this weekend Friday-Sunday almost 40 hrs and didn't sleep well a total of 8 hrs of sleep and also didn't eat well due to not being able to eat and keeping myself awake with espresso shots over ice and milk by the end of Saturday I was experiencing dizziness. When I tried eating a slice of pizza I stared experiencing nausea and had to vomit the pizza I only had liquids to keep me hydrated for the dizziness. Yesterday only snack during the day like 3 bite of food and some fruit but didn't really eat all day cause when I got home I passed out with just being in touch with the bed. When I woke up in the middle of the night Saturday my body ache so much that it took me a while to sleep when I woke up today I took Tylenols to take the pain away(the rash had kinda started in my legs but just on my cabs then I took a nap and woke up with the itchiness but ignore it and left the house once outside I didn't feel bothered until now that I woke up and my entire body is red with this mosquito bite-like rash.
Things to take in consideration
-had sex in the beginning of the month with someone who try to top(penetrate) me but i couldn't go through it cause I didn't want to but he try and I don't think he was ever fully inside or if he was it lasted like 3 seconds.
-I've stopped smoking marihuana after a year of smoking everyday
-just met someone that I haven't had sex with
-been really stress for some personal problems and I feel like I can't anymore but it's getting better and I'm recuperating
-can't stop thinking on non-sense
Symptoms I have
-dizziness
-nausea
-depression
-a little headache that went away quick
-rash (see attached pics)
-body ache

Hello,
Thank you for your medical query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
I have reviewed the images that you sent, and I can assure you, this is not related to HIV. These are hives, just an allergic reaction to some food, or some fabric that you have worn recently. Even heat rash can arise similarly. Also, from the exposure you described, there is no chance of you getting HIV, as there was never any ejaculation involved.
I can understand you have been very stressed, but hope you feel better after the response.
I will advise you to take Tab. Claritin ( Loratadine ) 10 mg once daily for 3 days, and apply Calamine lotion on the area of hives.
They will settle down.
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
