I am sorry to hear about this incident and I will try my best to help you out there.
The kind of trauma you had is called blunt genitourinary injury. The blood in the urethral meatus could be due to a injury in the urethral tract or bladder. Most cases this is not serious and can be easily treated. However is some cases this could mean a more serious injury to the urinary tract which might require intervention. You should get medical help as soon as possible. You can go to the ER or a centre which has Urologist available.
You will require a set of tests to identity this - which will include a Xray of the pelvis, Urine Analysis, Retrograde urethrogram, Retrograde cystogram and IVP. Not all tests are required and it has to be decided by your Urologist after a Physical examination.
It is better not to delay approaching your Doctor as delayed treatment can lead on to complications.
