i have no sound sleep for last 15 days. 7 days ago i travelled 300 km by scooter .. after return i was tired.after return i and my girlfriend swati come together and during intercorse i found that i am too much tired and my penis is not becoming hard tight. also low sex desire. we do only softcore romance. pl guide me . after 7 days also the poosition of pen is is same. it is not becoming hard.my weight 62 kg hight 65 inches . i have no bp thyroid or shugar problem. i had checked all and found normal.penis size is 5 cm afre exitement 7 cm. pl guide.is it temporary impotent because of scooter riding for 300 km

I have gone through your question and I can understand what you are going through.
If you were having a good erection previously then looking at your age, the current state of reduced erectile strength could be due to anxiety or fatigue. Its been only 7 days and I would suggest that you give it some time. Spend some quality time with your girlfriend. Involve yourself in other stimulatory activities other than the sex. Take good diet and lots of liquids.
It should get better in next 10-15 days. If it still doesn't then your may require a penile Doppler study to look at the blood flow of the penis.

thanks for reply.yesterday i has sex with girlfriend. i have to press penis to be hard and after too much time it become some hard and it was inserted in pussy.but it was for very small time. again it was became loose.l suggest me tablets or medicine to increase blood circulation in penis.
