FEVER in baby. Can TEETHING cause it?

Hello.my names Janet i have a 7month old.baby whos had a fever since Saturday morning hes teething and.already has two.bottom.teeth can the fever be causeby teething should.i.take.him in to.the ER?

I understand your concern. Though there is a common belief that teething causes fever, there is no evidence that I know of, that has confirmed such an association. To assume that your 7 month old baby is having fever only because of teething would be unwise. Especially if the fever is in its second day, I would assume that there is an infection ?viral ?bacterial
So I would strongly and most definitely urge you to visit your nearest pediatrician. It could just be a viral illness and your pediatrician may prescribe nothing more than paracetamol, but good history and a detailed physical examination is required to rule out an underlying serious bacterial illness. It is not correct to try and make that assessment over the internet.
