FNAC of lymph node in breast cancer

Resolved question:
My wife had to go for a FNAC for the left level II lymph Node.
The smears show reactive to lymphoid aspirate
No malignant cells seen
Kindly let me know the meaning of the same

Patient replied :

There was a surgery done without breast removal and then there were 8 sessions of chemotherapy with 6 sessions of radiography.
As per the doctors this was cured.
I have attached the relevent reports.
i do not have any further reports

Dear Mrs. Costa,

I went through the reports. The FNAC report from the node (level ii) reveals normal lymphoid infiltrate. It's absolutely normal. There is no evidence of cancer in this node. You may try a course of antibiotics and see if the node is regressing. Kindly let me know how things go after antibiotics.
