Hi Doctor, I am monogamous by nature and hence I have got only one partner till date with whom I have been involved in the sexual relationship. I have got some bulging circular formations in the genitals. Also I am having frequent ache in thighs as well as the lower genital region throughout day and night. Am I infected with some genital warts? Hereby attached are the pictures of genital warts. Also a continuous itching problem persists in the genitals. I will be completing thirty years of age this year. Can it be treated as early as possible?

Thanks a lot for your question and concern. It is confirmed from the pictures of the genital warts, that the infection is severe. If you have this infection and you are pregnant, the baby you deliver might have the same infection right from birth.
