Garcinia Cambogia is not US FDA approved for use. As it is a herbal medication we do not have any data on this. But,there are no reported adverse events with it's use, So I think you can use it safely.
There are no reports of high blood pressure with the use of this herb. Any ways, I would recommend that you get you blood pressure checked once a week after starting this medication.
Also, there are no reported side effects or allergic reactions with it's use. I would recommend that you inform your doctor of any untoward reactions if they appear upon consumption of this drug.
