After a recent break-up, I visited an erotic massage parlor. Since then, guilt, coupled with my OCD, has convinced me that I contracted an STD from the visit. I don't have a history of having sexual intercourse of any type with prostitution, and I was even checked via blood several months ago on a routine visit to the doctor. I simply need to consult a doctor now to relieve the obsession and continue with my life. (I'm currently seeing a therapist regarding my OCD.)
Anyway, during the visit, the masseuse offered for me to masturbate myself. That is absolutely all that happened, however, she cleaned my penis with the wet towel that she used to wipe down my body. I'm convincing myself I contracted Hep c, Hiv, etc. from the towel. Once again, I'm working with a therapist on my OCD, however, my OCD tells me, probably from the guilt of going, that the towel had been previously used during another visit. I'm learning this is highly unlikely, however, even if this were the case, am I at any risk?
From this visit, do you see any reason I should get checked for STDs or am I being paranoid? Once again, I have a history of OCD, more specifically, hypochondria, germaphobia, etc.

I understand your concern.
I can see what you are going through because of your OCD. But, I want to assure you that that STDs like HIV, HCV are transmitted through sexual contact and transmission by sharing objects like towel is impossible. There is no evidence in medical literature for that or there is no any documented case of such transmission. So, I request you to rest assured that you are at no risk.

I understand you are not recommending it, but it is highly unlikely to obtain an STD from getting a "happy ending" or have the masseuse perform masturbation on you?
No, You won't get STD by above-mentioned activity. But, you need to be careful in the future.
