Hi, I'm a 17 year old male and having safe protected sex and masturbating frequently. This morning about an hour after masturbation I began to masturbate again, but didn't ejaculate, a further 15 minutes later I went to the bathroom and urinated, as my urination was coming to an end the last part was a little bloody, like a watered down bit of blood, should I be worried? It also might be useful to know that 3 days before I drank large amounts of alcohol which caused me to urinate frequently that night. It also stung to pee, at the time I thought it must have been from the urine being so hot as it had only just come through me. I've urinated since and it didn't sting. These might not be related but I'm giving you a clear picture. Being only 17 and into my first real year of having sex it has panicked me and I'd like to be reassured or instructed on how to treat myself. Thank you very much

Hello, From your symptoms it appears that you must have masturbated harshly. Sometimes when you tend to masturbate harshly, you could have damaged your frenulum which has led to bleeding. There is nothing to be worried about as it must have healed by itself by now. But, sometimes there is history of excessive bleeding from frenulum tear. As an artery passes in sub mucosa of the frenulum. Due to excessive pressure there are chances of bleeding. There are chances it can occur again, I request you if there is excessive bleeding to visit a doctor at the earliest, you need to apply artery forceps to stop bleeding. Thank you.
