If the hcG levels are not rising there is no concern.
However can you give me more details about when was the last intercourse? How many days your cycles last normally? Also, are there any associated symptoms like loss of appetite, nausea/ abdominal pain?
I will advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen done. This is a more conclusive way of ruling out pregnancy than any other hormonal methods.

the last day of inter course was 1/18/2014
my cycle usually lasts 32 days and I have never missed one before.
I have been having dizziness and slight occasional nausea. Also occasion abdominal cramps but no bleeding at all

If your cycle lasts 32 days then the expected ovulation was around 17th or 18th, around the time when you had intercourse.
So it is better you get an ultrasound abdomen done for confirmation.
Please revert back with your ultrasound report.
